Why use a date night wheel

The date night wheel ends the “I don’t know, what do you want to do?” loop. Ten ideas are already on it, from cooking together to visiting a museum, so you can spin together and commit to whatever it lands on.

Plan a weekly date night
Couples can spin once a week and hide each idea after they try it, so the dates keep changing.
Pick a simple Valentine’s Day plan
Couples who want something easy can spin for a plan, from breakfast for dinner to a long walk.
Run a family fun night
Families can make their own copy with ideas for everyone, like a game night or a living room picnic, and spin together.
Turn a wheel of date ideas into a gift
Fill a copy with plans you would like to share, then send the link as a birthday or anniversary surprise.

This wheel wears the Wheel You Be Mine? theme: valentine's only: roses, hearts and candy. Your own copy keeps it, or pick another wheel theme.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the wheel really random?

Yes. Every entry has a slice of the same size, and where the wheel stops is picked with your browser’s cryptographically secure random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues), so nobody can predict or rig the result.

Can I change the entries on this wheel?

Yes. Click “Pick your date ideas” to save your own copy. You can then add, remove or rename entries, change the theme and spin settings, and share or embed your wheel.
